Marketing Assistant

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

Position Summary

The Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day marketing operations, content execution, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys supporting multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring marketing materials are accurate, polished, and up to date. The Marketing Assistant contributes to maintaining marketing assets, supporting campaigns, and helping the marketing team stay organized and aligned.

This position offers hands-on exposure across various marketing functions within a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating marketing projects, including scheduling, tracking tasks, and supporting execution
  • Maintain organization, version control, and accuracy of marketing materials and resources
  • Format, update, and manage presentation decks and slide libraries
  • Update and maintain marketing collateral using design software
  • Assist with updates to customer- and partner-facing web content
  • Research, compile, and document industry and company data for marketing use
  • Help update and maintain internal marketing resource portals or intranet sites
  • Support management of marketing promotional items, including inventory tracking and ordering
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support communications and sales enablement initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of marketing, communications, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; editing and proofreading skills preferred
  • Comfortable working with presentation and design tools (e.g., PowerPoint; design software experience preferred)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive team player with problem-solving skills and business awareness
